AI video analytics for hotels and hospitality, on the cameras you already have

A hotel is open all day and all night, with guests, staff, deliveries and cars moving through the same few doors. Eye AI turns your existing cameras into a record of who and what came and went, flags entry into staff-only areas, and times how long vehicles stay in the car park. Your video is processed on a computer on your premises.

What goes wrong on sites like yours

Entrances and the car park are busy at different hours, and nobody has the numbers.

Staff-only and storage areas are hard to monitor without constant watching.

When a guest or staff complaint arrives, finding the footage takes hours.

A day on your kind of site

Guests arrive through the lobby all afternoon and Eye AI counts them by the hour. A delivery truck stops at the back dock and the car park logs a visit. Overnight a door to the storage area is opened and the zone records the time and a picture. In the morning the manager checks the event history instead of asking around.

Reports and evidence you get

  • Entrance and car park counts by hour
  • Staff-only area entry records with pictures
  • Car park visit times, parked or passing

Why existing cameras matter here

Hotels already have cameras at the lobby, the car park and the back of house. Eye AI works with those views, so you do not need new cameras to start.

Honest limits for this industry

  • Plate reading depends on camera angle, light and distance; we survey the gate first and do not switch it on until it works.
  • Night-time views can miss small or far objects; the safety net flags movement the AI cannot name.
  • Eye AI does not identify guests.

Questions

Does it recognise guests?

No. Eye AI counts and logs events. It does not identify people.

Can it read plates at the car park?

At a suitable gate, yes (beta). We survey the camera angle and light first.

Can it tell me who opened a staff door?

It logs when the area was entered, with a picture. It does not identify the person.

Do I need new cameras?

Usually not. We check each view during a free camera-readiness check.
