How we label things

• Live: built and running today.
• Beta: works, with accuracy limits explained on its page.
• Launching: in development with pilot partners. Not yet generally available. We say so on every page.
• Roadmap: planned. We do not sell it as available.

What affects any AI on a camera (not just ours)

Condition	What happens
Night, glare, headlights	Small and far objects, dark clothing and fast two-wheelers can be missed or mislabelled. Our safety net still shows the movement.
Distance and camera angle	A person 40 m away is a few pixels. We tell you during the free check if your view is realistic.
Blocked or crowded views	People behind others or behind objects can be missed or merged.
Colour under coloured light	Vehicle and clothing colours become estimates.
Weather and dirt on lens	Rain, fog and dirty lenses reduce accuracy.

Analytic by analytic

Analytic	Honest note
Counting and zones	Reliable for what is detected; small or far objects at night can be missed (safety net flags movement).
Parking and dwell	A visit can split if the system restarts.
Loitering, groups	Beta: tested on simulated movement, still validating on real footage. Groups are flagged as clusters, not a queue length.
Vehicle and person details	Estimates. Vehicle colour is much better than clothing colour. We never state gender or age as fact.
Number plates	Depends on angle, light and distance. We survey first and do not enable it until it works at your gate. Weaker at night.
PPE, forklift, blocked exits, loading	Launching. Piloting with partners. Accuracy figures will be published after validation, with the conditions.
Watchlist matching	Only people you enrol with consent. Not part of public packages.

What we do not do

• We do not identify people in general, or track individuals across the city.
• We do not claim emotion, age or gender detection.
• We do not detect weapons.
• We do not promise to catch every event.

What we do to protect you from misses

1. A motion safety net on every line so nothing is silent.
2. A stream-health record that shows if a camera was blind.
3. One-click labelling so the system learns your site.
4. A free camera check before you spend anything.
