Your video stays at your site.
How Eye AI protects your video, your data and the people in it.
Where processing happens
Analysis runs on a computer inside your premises. Your video is not uploaded to a vendor cloud for analysis.
What leaves your site
Only licence checks (is this licence valid?) and, if you choose, alert messages to your own WhatsApp/email.
Who can see the dashboard
- Password protected, on your network. Login attempts are rate-limited.
- No public internet exposure by default. Remote access only through an arrangement you approve. Your data stays inside your network by default, for security. If you need remote access we can work on that with you.
What is stored
Event records, snapshots and counts on your computer. Records are kept encrypted on that computer, and how long they are kept depends on its storage. We agree the details with you. You can export or delete.
People and faces
- Eye AI does not do general face recognition and does not identify people.
- Optional watchlist matching works only for people you enrol, with signed consent, under a separate agreement. It is not part of public packages.
- We recommend signage and a written CCTV policy; we provide a template
[FILL].
Licensing and control
A licence per camera per analytic is checked by a licence service. If a licence lapses the system continues for a 7-day grace period.
Compliance
We help you meet local CCTV and data-protection rules (e.g. GDPR in Europe, local law elsewhere). We are not a law firm; get local advice for your site.
